Schongau Fairytale Forest
Schongau Fairy Tale Forest and Animal Park From the main square at the entrance, where a playground welcomes the children, a forest path leads to the representations of the most famous fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm. Each fairy tale has its own little house dedicated to it. At the push of a button, the lights turn on, the puppets move and the fairy tale is told in rhyme. Enclosures with deer, wild and pot-bellied pigs, sheep, goats and various aviaries with birds provide additional variety. A large sun terrace invites you to linger, from which you have a good view of the playground. The fairy tale forest is suitable for wheelchair users. Dogs are allowed on a leash. A small vintage train makes its rounds from the Märchenwald station.
Forest Adventure Center
In Füssen, a visit to the Forest Experience Center is a good idea. There you can learn many interesting things about the forest habitat, which is just as important for animals as it is for humans.
Mini golf
Mini golf is an attractive leisure activity in the Allgäu region. The most fun is playing mini golf with the whole family. The ball must be hit with the club through the various pitfalls of the individual courses, such as through the loop, over the tilt, or on the ramp. In miniature golf, the goal is to reach the small hole at the end in as few strokes as possible with the ball. There is a minigolf course nearby at the Kurhaus Schwangau, in Bad Faulenbach in Füssen or at the boat harbor in Füssen/Weidach.
Summer toboggan runs
A particularly fun experience is a rapid downhill ride on a summer toboggan run very close to Brunnen.
Summer tobogganing at Tegelberg, the 760m long summer toboggan run is located directly at the valley station of the Tegelberg cable car. Get in and just have fun. The summer toboggan run is very popular with small and also with big children. Around the toboggan run there are other recreational opportunities, such as a children's playground, a scooter track, water games, a KidBag and a trampoline facility. The bungee trampoline is brand new. In the beer garden next door there are small Bavarian snacks and cold as well as warm drinks. An experience for young and old.
Summer tobogganing at the Alpspitze, (1575m) and Edelsberg (1629m) in the middle of an ideal family hiking area. To quickly enjoy the magnificent mountain views, take the chairlift up to 1500m. For mountain hikers, a very special pleasure awaits below the middle station. Because there begins the over 1000m long summer toboggan run. After you have left the longest summer toboggan run in the Allgäu behind you, you have cozy refreshment stops at all altitudes.
LEGOLAND®
To get to LEGOLAND® Deutschland, you have to drive a bit further, but it's worth it. There you can admire Neuschwanstein Castle in miniature, made entirely of LEGO® bricks, and of course much more.

Indoor playground Allgäulino
The former tennis park in Wertach has been transformed into the indoor playground Allgäulino, a 3,000 m² indoor area for romping and having fun. Both children and parents experience the ultimate leisure fun here. At the Allgäulino indoor playground in Wertach, children enthusiastically conquer the 10-meter-high dragon castle, which is equipped with many extras. For example, the kids whiz down the curved slide into the colorful ball pool or enjoy sliding fun on the 3-part wave slide.
Allgäu Skyline Park
The Allgäu Skyline Park, an amusement park near Bad Wörishofen in Unterallgäu, offers a lot of fun for the whole family.
There are currently over 50 attractions in a wide variety of themed areas. Sky Fall, where you plunge into the depths in free fall. Or the Sky Wheel, the world's largest overhead roller coaster with an acceleration of up to 5G provide an adrenaline rush. If this is not enough of a thrill for you, you can be catapulted 90 meters into the air sitting in a sphere on the Sky Shot - at 4.5G.
Fun for the whole family
The white-water ride, for example, provides a damp and happy descent, while on the bobsleigh racing track you can determine your own speed. There are also two roller coasters and a waterslide fun pool.
Children's fun
There are all kinds of attractions for the little visitors, some of which they are allowed to ride all by themselves. A short round trip with the train or an adventurous "construction site ride" are really fun, as is a giant slide. The trampoline or the air cushion are great for letting off steam. On hot days, children can cool off in the water playground. Since 2006 there is also a petting zoo with goats and lambs that can be petted and fed.
